About the Australian High Commission in New Zealand

Welcome to the online home of the Australian High Commission at www.australia.org.nz. The aim of our website is to encourage greater interest in Australia and Australia's relations with New Zealand - its close neighbour and natural ally. With the growth in popularity of the Internet, we hope our site will become an important means of communication of relevant, up-to-date Australian news and events in New Zealand and a pointer to new information sources such as the fact sheets service hosted by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
